Prayer is a personal conversation between God and you. You just need to say your problems to lord and he will answers to you. As in James 5:16 "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may heeled. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."

“For the Word of God is  living  and  powerful , and  sharper than any two-edged sword , piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a  discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart .” (Hebrews 4:12) God’s Word is at work in the world today. It is an active force. It governs the spiritual activity in the Universe. It changes things, especially when spoken and believed, both in the hearts of men and in their circumstances. God is watching over his word to perform it (Jer. 1:12). God’s Word is compared to a seed (Luke 8:11; Mark 4:14; 1 Peter 1:23). This seed produces new life if planted well.
